Social & pear bookings: These are a free events organised by volunteers who enjoy being on the river whereby enjoying a calm and easy-going paddle with no agender, the aim is to paddle between two points of a river to either: practices, talk and play about in a fun and safe manner. Please ensure all weather & river conditions are in reasonable condition before adventuring out on the rive & that you have the correct equipment & training to do any rescues. Paddle Sports Activities business nor any members are not responsible or liable for any social and pear activities incidents accidents to any person or equipment due to you taking part in anyway. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own and follow members in your group and everyone is fully prepared for any emergences that could occur. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own and follow members boats and equipment. (please see Paddle Sports Activities boat and equipment policy's for hired out equipment.) You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own and follow members safety & well-being completely throughout the event. this includes of being aware of weather & environment conditions. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own and follow members this can become seriously dangerous environment whereby there is a risk to harm or life. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own and follow members with you that you understand these terms and condition and by booking this event you waver any responsibly of Paddle Sports Activities & members for any injuries or fatality.
